It features the exact same high-output formulation as standard studio master tapes but on a thinner, highly durable base film. This format is the perfect drop-in replacement for vintage Maxell UD 35-180 or BASF 10.5" domestic reels. It runs flawlessly on large-format home hi-fi and semi-pro tape decks that support 10.5-inch spools without needing NAB hub adapters, including classic Akai, Teac, Pioneer RT, and Tascam models.
